Connect the Dots

Connect the Dots is the quarterly newsletter of South Carolina Talking Book Services. The newsletter keeps TBS patrons up-to-date with relevant news from the South Carolina Regional TBS library, the National Library Service, and other organizations serving persons who are print-disabled, as well as reporting on new materials and program and equipment updates.
