Talking Book Services patrons may receive a letter inviting them to participate in the 2023 National Library Service Patron Survey online or by phone. The survey is being conducted for the National Library Service by the Gallup organization. Participation is not mandatory; results will be used to better understand and serve the needs of NLS patrons. For more information, contact:
